bloodstream

This project was our first collaboration with Kaged and a turning point for the brand's visual direction. The goal was to help shift their identity by creating something more intense, more focused, and more cinematic.

We worked closely with the Kaged team to shape a concept that didn’t just show their pre-workout, it made you feel it. The video opens with the athlete drinking the pre-workout, followed by a surge of focus. We used close-up shots, layered sound design, and scientific stock footage to simulate the product hitting the bloodstream. From there, the energy shifts. The training sequence is fast, aggressive, and visceral, packed with quick cuts and gritty detail.

Bloodstream became their top-performing video over the past year and played a major role in redefining the tone of their content. It set the expectation for what Kaged videos should feel like moving forward.

4 product series

For this project, the goal was to create a cohesive visual series while giving each product its own distinct identity. We focused on four core products: Pre-Workout Stim Free, Clean Burn, Hydration, and Creatine, and designed each video to reflect the feeling behind the formula.

We shot the series at Brew City CrossFit, a space that gave us the variety and texture we needed. For Clean Burn, we leaned into heat. A warm-toned lighting setup, paired with athlete Marques Turner running on a treadmill and breaking a sweat, helped convey the intensity of the burn.

With Hydration, we took the opposite approach. The set was cooler, cleaner, and more minimal. A blue-toned look paired with the rhythmic motion of an assault bike gave the video a sense of refreshment and movement.

For Pre-Workout and Creatine, we kept things grounded and traditional. Focused, deliberate weightlifting movements framed by clean lighting and minimal distractions allowed the product to speak through performance.

Each video was built to stand on its own, but together they form a balanced, branded series that speaks to the Kaged product line as a whole.

never stop evolving

Built around the Kaged core philosophy, Never Stop Evolving is a quiet but powerful piece that captures the mindset and actions of constant improvement. The video opens just before sunrise, as an athlete arrives at a track. Before we see him move, we focus on the environment: a bird crossing the sky, a spider web shifting in the wind. These natural moments set the tone for a story rooted in patience, rhythm, and discipline.

As the athlete begins his laps, we track his progress through subtle but important details. He checks his watch after each round, and with every pass, the time improves. There’s no dramatic music, no crowds, no celebration. Just focused effort and steady growth.

On the final lap, the athlete leaves the frame. It’s a quiet gesture, but it says everything - he’s still going. The screen fades to the Kaged logo, paired with the words Never Stop Evolving, reinforcing the mindset that progress is never finished.

moments

Moments are built on simplicity. No setups, no voiceovers, no performances - just a real snapshot of an athlete in motion. These are the in-between scenes that often get overlooked. The quiet pauses after a hard set. The fatigue setting in. The mental reset before another round.

We approached this piece with a fly-on-the-wall perspective, letting the camera follow without interrupting. What came through was raw, human moments that reflect the grind behind the highlight reels.

This project isn’t about telling a story. It’s about showing one as it happens. For Kaged, it was a chance to highlight the quiet work that builds something real.

bodybuilding.com

As one of the internet’s earliest and most trusted resources for fitness, Bodybuilding.com has been a cornerstone in the training world for decades. From articles and forums to supplement reviews and workout plans, the platform helped shape how athletes learn, train, and evolve. For this project, in partnership with Kaged Supplements, we were asked to bring that same spirit to life through video: high energy, no shortcuts, and focused on pushing limits.

We built the concept around a single athlete going all out. This wasn’t about showing every detail of a workout plan. It was about capturing effort, pace, and intensity. Shot in a raw gym environment, the visuals move fast. Heavy lifts, quick transitions, and focused close-ups are layered with bold sound design and Kaged product integrations that feel natural, not forced.

This piece is a nod to where the fitness world started online, and a look at where it's headed - clean visuals, strong storytelling, and brands that meet their audience with authenticity.
